Thank you for taking the time to consider our request for your support and partnering with the Houston County High School Bears Dugout Club. Our organization is dedicated to supporting baseball at Houston County High School. Through strength training, practice, conditioning, and long hours these students will practice tirelessly to represent their school throughout the state of Georgia. Region 1-AAAAAA covers much of Georgia, imposing additional time and travel requirements on our players. As you might imagine, to prepare for these students to represent their school and their region can be a very expensive undertaking. Every donation or major sponsorship offsets expenses each student would otherwise incur and directly benefits the HCHS baseball program. This year, Houston County Baseball has been invited to participate in the Perfect Game High School Invitational. This is an invite-only tournament for the top baseball programs in the Southeast. The Perfect Game is always accompanied by multiple trips to Atlanta to play top programs in our state. Our fundraising efforts will help offset the costs associated with travel and lodging. Our partnership is a win for everyone, especially the Houston County High School athletic program, the baseball team, and the students. Thank you in advance for your favorable consideration.
